Res Admin Support Consultant.
Location: Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Overview
This position focuses on managing and resolving guest and reservation enquiries—both telephonically and in writing—while delivering exceptional service. The consultant will also perform various administrative and office duties. The role requires handling complex queries independently, maintaining professionalism at all times, and consistently applying a client-first approach that aligns with the company’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve guest, member, and reservation enquiries across multiple communication channels
Handle guest concerns professionally, including challenging or conflict situations
Provide accurate and timely support with minimal supervision
Complete daily administrative tasks in line with operational procedures
Apply sound financial understanding when addressing guest scenarios and queries
Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond expectations
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Proven experience in reservations and client service is essential
Prior work experience with resort properties or OTA platforms is highly advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial awareness and ability to apply it in guest support
High level of computer literacy
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Experience in conflict de-escalation and handling difficult client situations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
