About the Role

Lesaka’s Growth Organisation is responsible for merchant acquisition, activation, revenue expansion, and retention across its integrated financial product suite — including Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS solutions.

As a Growth Administrator, you will provide essential operational and administrative support that keeps the Growth function running smoothly. Your role ensures accurate data, streamlined processes, and efficient coordination, allowing Growth Executives and Partners to focus on expanding Lesaka’s merchant network and supporting financial inclusion.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Administration

Prepare onboarding documents, track deal progress, and manage version control.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Update CRM platforms (Dynamics/Salesforce) daily.

Maintain clean, accurate data and generate reports as required.

Marketing Lead Support

Capture and track incoming leads.

Monitor conversion progress and communicate with the Marketing team.

Reporting & Data Management

Compile dashboards and reports.

Track KPIs and identify emerging trends.

Coordination & Scheduling

Arrange meetings, merchant sessions, and activation schedules.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards and is securely maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience in sales, merchant services, or financial environments.

CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Understanding of merchant onboarding or activation workflows is beneficial.

Matric required.

A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing is advantageous.
