Role Overview:
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the management of food, beverage, and kitchen operations. This role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards, managing staff performance, and helping the department meet financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Option 1: High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience in food & beverage or culinary roles
- Option 2: A 2-year diploma/degree in hospitality, food service management, or business plus 2 years of experience in a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Create a motivated and engaged work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to both guests and employees
- Quickly respond to staff and guest concerns
- Inspire the team to resolve issues effectively
- Use coaching techniques to guide employees

Additional Duties
- Follow all company accounting procedures
- Support the General Manager during annual quality audits
