Overview:

As the Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for the company, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring a warm and organized front-desk experience. This role is key to maintaining a professional image while also supporting daily administrative functions. Your contribution directly supports the company’s mission of delivering outstanding long-term service and investment outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients courteously

Manage the switchboard and transfer calls efficiently

Coordinate with security, handle parking logistics, and accompany guests as needed

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Schedule and manage meeting room bookings and setups

Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries

Manage office supplies, including stationery and first aid items

Carry out general administrative tasks

Deliver prompt and professional service, resolving queries effectively


Preferred Experience:

At least 4 years in a client service or front desk role

Familiarity with PABX telephone systems (advantageous)

Background in hospitality or corporate environments is a plus


Educational Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required

Post-matric qualifications would be beneficial
