Job Overview
Feedem Catering is looking for experienced Baristas to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees and teas. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining menu options, recommending drinks based on customer preferences, promoting special items, and taking accurate orders. To succeed, you’ll need strong customer service skills and a good understanding of coffee-brewing equipment.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 / Matric
3–5 years of barista or similar food service experience
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Review recipes and calculate menu prices based on food and operational costs
Inspect product quality and quantity upon delivery
Work with the team to plan and develop beverages and menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer demand
Determine beverage presentation and create appealing drink displays
Ensure sanitation standards and hygiene regulations are met
Assist with additional tasks as required
Actively support improvements in beverage preparation and overall service quality
Introduce industry trends that enhance standards and reduce costs without compromising quality
