We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as a Beauty Consultant.
Role Purpose
To drive sales, deliver a premium client experience, and support the growth and positioning of prestigious beauty brands while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor individual and counter sales performance.
Actively drive sales and support counter events.
Provide feedback on sales challenges and opportunities.
Brand Management
Uphold brand image through professional appearance and uniform standards.
Track competitor activity and in-store rankings.
Merchandise stock in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor stock and tester ratios, reporting shortages to the Retail Development Manager.
Maintain impeccable hygiene standards at counters.
Client Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with brand expectations.
Build strong client relationships and encourage loyalty.
Grow the customer database by attracting new clients.
Administration
Submit daily sales tracking and weekly reports.
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support events.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Build strong relationships with retail partners.

Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Previous retail and skincare experience (essential)
Certificate in Beauty/Somatology (advantageous)
