Responsibilities
Capture and process patient request forms accurately in the Ampath system.
Handle and document specimens according to standard procedures.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Support efficient branch operations through timeous data capturing.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data standards.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
1–4 years of data capturing or administrative experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of clinical documentation and patient data processes.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
