About the Role
We’re looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our FNB Short-Term Insurance team. In this role, you’ll handle customer service queries via phone and other communication channels, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing accurate product information.
Deliver outstanding customer service by offering proactive and innovative solutions.
Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and timelines.
Keep all communication professional to enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet investigation deadlines and keep clients updated throughout.
Handle administration tasks, planning, reporting, and updating records accurately.
Comply with audit, legal, and governance requirements.
Monitor and improve call centre productivity and performance.
Record all client interactions in the approved business system.
Provide regular reports on call centre activities to support business improvements.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines (Motor Vehicle, Home Contents, or Portable Possessions). (Note: medical insurance or life cover experience does not apply).
Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
RE and FAIS qualifications will be an advantage.
Strong telephone and email etiquette.
