Hello Group is looking for a committed Customer Service Consultant to join the Call Centre team. The successful candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, address customer queries, request and verify source-of-funds documentation, and accurately record detailed information in the bank’s ticketing system. The role also includes verifying customers when their banking details change and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while managing allocated tickets.
