The Call Centre Agent will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional service and tailored product sales over the phone.

This role focuses on building trust, understanding customer needs, and matching them with the right Dis-Chem Life solutions.

The aim is to create a seamless, professional sales experience that boosts revenue, fosters customer loyalty, and strengthens the Dis-Chem Life brand.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales position suited for individuals who excel under pressure. The role involves working with both warm and cold leads, guiding customers through sign-up, handling objections, and confidently closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sell Dis-Chem Life products through inbound and outbound calls

Quickly build rapport and identify customer needs

Recommend tailored solutions and close sales effectively

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems

Comply with all regulatory, sales, and company processes

Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times

Experience & Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

1–2 years’ call centre sales experience (life insurance preferred)

Demonstrated sales success with consistent KPI achievement

Clear credit and criminal record

Willingness to work weekends when required

Advantageous: RE5 & COB Certifications
