About the Role
We are looking for a Food Service Assistant to help with meal and beverage preparation, serving customers, and ensuring excellent service at all times.
The role also includes keeping the kitchen and service areas clean, assisting with waste disposal, and washing up.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve quality meals, fast foods, and sandwiches.
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Assist with stock-taking and follow loss-prevention guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Deliver excellent customer service in line with professional standards.
Prepare food quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
Carry out additional duties when required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a food service assistant.
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12).
