About the Role
The purpose of this position is to ensure revenue accuracy and support smooth billing operations across the business’s cash centres.
The role requires strong administrative, billing, and system skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) plus relevant post-matric qualification.
Essential: SAP billing knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical working style.
Ability to engage professionally at all levels.
Self-driven, able to work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
Prior experience in the security industry is advantageous.
Own transport required.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients on the iCash System.
Support cash centres with billing queries.
Onboard vendors and debtors on SAP.
Process and capture banking details accurately in iCash and SAP.
Assist clients with iCash queries, including password resets.
Manage iCash access for new staff and clients.
Ensure high accuracy in all reports and documentation.
