Role Purpose
We’re looking for a Claims Consultant who will manage and process insurance claims fairly, efficiently, and accurately while keeping customers updated throughout the process.
The role requires a proactive, customer-first approach, ensuring timely resolutions with high-quality service and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Short-Term Insurance or equivalent FAIS-accredited NQF Level 5 qualification.
Experience
2–3 years’ experience in handling insurance claims.
At least 2 years’ call centre or telephone-based experience.
Working knowledge of at least one insurance product.
