Role Purpose
As a Parts Operations Consultant, you will provide second-level support for operational processes and technology solutions, focusing on enhancing dealer performance and ensuring operational excellence in parts and services.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations, helping representatives and dealers maximize performance.
Coordinate program initiatives across the organization.
Use in-depth product and program knowledge to train and support both customers and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
Monitor dealer performance, identifying gaps, and driving improvement action plans.
