Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will provide expert support for RIBSA software (specifically Candy), assisting users via the support portal, email, and phone — including after-hours support when necessary.
You will help clients resolve real-world issues related to quantity surveying, estimating, and construction management, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert advice on resolving construction challenges using Candy software.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and the support portal.
Participate in the on-call schedule for urgent, after-hours support.
Manage and resolve support tickets effectively and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the global RIB Customer Care team to assist clients across different regions.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Candy software.
Strong knowledge of Candy Estimating, Valuation, and Planning modules.
A relevant qualification in construction (e.g., Building Science, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management).
Preferred Skills:
Ability to manage workload efficiently and close support cases by end of business day.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to interpret and report on data effectively.
Calm and composed under pressure.
Creative thinking and clear communication of ideas.
