About the Role
HARTMANN is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to deliver outstanding service to clients by processing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
This role is key to maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting HARTMANN’s goal of being best in class in healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up.
Escalate complex queries or complaints to the appropriate manager.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing orders and credit notes.
Draft correspondence, quotations, and share product knowledge with clients.
Release back orders once stock arrives and submit weekly back-order reports to the stock controller.
Keep the out-of-stock notice board updated.
Manage returns and ensure credits are processed correctly.
Sort mail and internal print work.
Book and dispatch product sample requests to clients.
Maintain and update customer records.
Build and sustain professional customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Matric / Grade 12.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
