Job Purpose
The Customer Services Clerk is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and completing tasks within agreed service levels. This includes handling customer inquiries, managing requests from the sales team, and assisting with the resolution of customer disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer queries or direct them to the correct department.
Act as a link between the sales team and global support functions.
Investigate and log customer disputes, gather required information, and forward it to relevant teams.
Escalate complex issues to specialists and ensure they are resolved, providing customers with feedback.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Matric and at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
A business management or administration diploma (NQF Level 5) is an advantage.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
