Role Purpose
The main responsibility of this role is to accurately capture IT-related data from various sources for the IT department. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager (EMEA) and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Verify data for accuracy, correct errors, and report any inconsistencies or duplications.
Update and maintain records to ensure information is up to date and reliable.
Collaboration and Communication
Work with different departments, team members, and international colleagues to collect required data.
Address and resolve issues related to data collection or accuracy.
Quality Assurance
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection rules.
Who You Are
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent—additional data or admin qualifications are advantageous.
Experience in data entry, data capturing, or similar administrative roles.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail, report writing, and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Honest, reliable, and committed to confidentiality.
