About the Role:
Europcar Randburg is looking for a reliable Light Duty Driver to join the team. The ideal candidate should value service excellence and understand that vehicle cleanliness and timely delivery directly impact the customer’s experience.

Purpose of the Role:
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service by ensuring each client receives a clean, safe, and properly maintained vehicle on time—every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards
Conduct vehicle quality checks (e.g., expired licenses, damage reports)
Refill fuel, check oil, tyre pressure, and fluid levels after each rental
Deliver and collect vehicles for customers as per set procedures
Complete vehicle check-ins according to quality and claims processes
Keep the yard and surrounding areas clean and organized
Uphold company integrity through ethical behavior and protecting assets
Perform any additional duties as required
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
Education:
Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)
Licenses:
Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (minimum 2 years old)
Skills:
Basic computer literacy
Able to read and understand maps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent time management
Teamwork-oriented
