Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and manage stock effectively to maximize business profitability.

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a world-class shopping experience.

Manage shrinkage and maintain compliance with in-store operational processes.

Analyse business reports and trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities.

Oversee equipment and stock movement processes from start to finish.

Execute promotions and product launches within budget and timelines.

Ensure full adherence to store policies and procedures.

Lead, coach, and develop your store team to ensure performance excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Matric Certificate (NQF Level 3 equivalent).

IPM score of 3 or 4.

3 years of experience in a Foods retail leadership role (non-negotiable).

Strong merchant and product knowledge.

Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.

A motivation letter from your Store Manager, with input from your line manager.

The role must align with your career aspirations.


Additional Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must not be enrolled in any other NQF Level Program.

Only candidates meeting all listed requirements will be considered.

Preference will be given to current leaders or those in leadership roles.
