Job Description
The General Worker will perform basic operational and maintenance tasks, requiring minimal induction. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of retail operations.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
Ability to perform hard manual labour
Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or agricultural environment advantageous
Must have good physical health
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the premises
Perform cleaning duties as required
Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Perform stock control and general housekeeping
Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management
Skills & Attributes Required

Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Physically fit with good stamina
Team player with a positive attitude
