Location: Vereeniging
Purpose
To ensure that all aspects of the promix department is attended to as per safety standards and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Promotes a safe working environment and adheres to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, company safety rules, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s),
● Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in line with the company’s objectives and policies at all times with everyone in the department. No short cuts allowed.
● Locates and retrieves materials as listed on the Recipe List.
● Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required +-25kg
● Weigh multiple ingredients or chemicals to ensure they are portioned correctly and meet safe usage requirements.
● Weighs, labels, packages, and palletizes materials by batch as listed on the list.
● Report when a certain item is depleted
Always maintains neat and accurate records and clean and organized work areas.
● Transfers materials between locations.
Completes and verifies records to document all work.

Qualification Requirements
● Matric / Grade 12
● Experience as a packing operator
