Role Overview
Fidelity Services Group is seeking driven and results-focused Sales Consultants to join its ADT division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to sell advanced security solutions while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and sell armed response and monitoring contracts to new and existing clients.
Promote and sell security solutions including alarm system upgrades, CCTV, electric fencing, and related products.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Generate and close deals using both self-generated leads and internally provided leads.
Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other industry partners.
Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads and quotations to maximise conversions.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in capital goods sales.
Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems (advantageous).
Matric or equivalent qualification.
Valid PSIRA Grade C certification.
Skills & Attributes

Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Well-organised with effective time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
