Role Overview

Afro Miaki Group is looking for an experienced Term Warranty Sales Agent to promote and sell vehicle term warranty products, including scratch and dent cover. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers on product benefits, delivering excellent customer service, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sell term warranty and related insurance products while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Maintain a professional, courteous, and responsive approach when engaging with customers and lead providers.

Execute the full sales process with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to maximise lead value.

Conduct effective needs analysis by asking the right questions and actively listening to customers.

Match customer needs with suitable products and clearly explain benefits.

Address objections confidently and professionally to secure sales.

Share sales insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall performance.

Manage time efficiently, particularly in remote working environments.

Meet and exceed performance targets in a structured, deadline-driven setting.

Continuously improve skills through feedback and self-development initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Matric

RE5 (Mandatory)

FETC: Short-Term Insurance NQF Level 4 or higher (Advantageous)

Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements, including DOFA compliance

Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ call centre sales experience

At least 2 years’ experience in Term Warranty or VAP sales (Essential)

Strong outbound sales background with high call volume exposure

Fluent in English and at least one additional official South African language
