Key Responsibilities
Handle sales inquiries and convert them into orders
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and walk-ins
Prepare quotes and process sales orders
Provide technical product information and support
Liaise with production and dispatch teams
Help customers with stock and pricing queries
Identify client needs and recommend product solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
1–2 years experience in internal sales or customer service (preferably in aluminium, signage, or manufacturing)
Technically inclined and able to understand products and materials
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Computer literate (MS Office; POS or ERP experience is a plus)
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Proactive, organized, and a team player
Must live near Wadeville or be willing to travel
Own vehicle required
