Job Purpose
To manage client relationships by handling queries and complaints, and to retain customers by ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty to the King Price brand.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Handle challenging or irate customer calls with patience and competence
Resolve client complaints while meeting quality and performance standards

Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent (essential)
Previous experience in a retentions role (advantageous)
