Brief Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Specialist in Paediatrics.
Experience in undergraduate teaching and research will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
The successful candidates will:
Provide clinical services in various paediatric subspecialty clinics.
Participate in general paediatric ward units.
Contribute to departmental clinical responsibilities, including work in the Pediatric Outpatient Department (POPD),
and provide support in the Neonatal ICU and nursery as required.
Be actively involved in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Supervise medical interns, medical officers, registrars, and fellows.
