Herotel – National Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Herotel Business is hiring a skilled National Sales Executive to lead its Key Account Manager team.
This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, business development, and revenue growth.
The role requires close collaboration with channel partners and internal teams to manage complex deals and meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management
Execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
Identify and build relationships with new channel partners.
Collaborate with company leadership to ensure alignment of sales goals with broader business plans.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Channel Development
Expand channel partnerships and support their onboarding process.
Integrate new partners into the company’s sales model, including contracts and operations.
Work with product and pricing teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, support, and mentor Key Account Managers to hit team and personal sales goals.
Provide guidance on high-value negotiations.
Track sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Develop training programs to strengthen the team’s skills.
Customer & Deal Management
Support the structuring and finalization of complex, high-value deals.
Address customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Partner with internal technical and commercial teams to offer tailored client solutions.
Represent Herotel in top-level client discussions and negotiations.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain sales dashboards and produce regular performance reports.
Provide leadership with updates on pipeline, revenue, and market conditions.
Use data insights to refine and improve sales tactics.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
At least 5 years in sales leadership, preferably in B2B or channel sales.
Strong track record in business development and meeting sales targets.
Previous experience in telecoms, IT, or tech sectors is beneficial.
Skilled in managing complex deals and negotiations.
Strong team management and coaching abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel nationwide.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Sales or leadership certifications are a plus.
