Key Duties:
Administrative Support
Perform routine admin tasks like scheduling, filing, and data entry
Keep accurate records of operational activities
Help onboard new staff with related admin duties
Sales Support
Assist in tracking and reconciling sales data
Provide backend documentation and system support to the sales team
Coordinate communication between sales and operations departments
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports on operational performance
Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends
Offer recommendations for improvement based on insights
Systems & Software
Use Microsoft Office daily (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Maintain accurate data in internal systems
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with team members to ensure effective workflow
Coordinate across departments to address operational challenges
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience
Matric (Grade 12)
1–2 years of admin experience
3–6 months in a sales support or customer service role
Technical Skills
Solid Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters)
Familiar with Windows OS
Basic knowledge of telecom products or services
Preferred
Experience in cross-functional teams
Exposure to data analysis and operational reporting
