Requirements
A relevant NQF Level 6 qualification (diploma or degree)
Experience providing high-level administrative and executive support
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with various stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
Duties
Serve as the main contact point for the CFO, handling inquiries and correspondence
Manage the CFO’s diary, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in preparing professional reports, presentations, and meeting documents
Provide clerical support to the CFO, including:
Arranging travel and accommodation through travel agencies
Processing travel and subsistence claims
Handling invoices related to the CFO’s office activities
Recording minutes of meetings when required
Drafting routine correspondence and reports
Filing and organizing documents
Managing administrative matters such as leave registers and telephone accounts
Procuring standard office items, including stationery
