🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Handle administrative duties related to deliveries.
- Achieve daily and assigned delivery targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote excellent customer/client satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the delivery vehicle.
- Report vehicle faults and other issues to the Manager.
- Complete required reports accurately.
- Provide professional and reliable service to clients.
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- A valid driver’s licence
- 1–2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
- Good time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Client service skills
- Vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Professionalism
