Introduction
Guardrisk is looking for a Premium Administrator to join their finance team.
This role is key in handling the accurate, timely processing of billing and policy documentation for individual and corporate scheme policyholders.

Role Purpose
Ensure that Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles are followed in all tasks—especially when assisting Admed customers.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Bookkeeping
At least 2 years’ experience in premium administration or basic bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities
Process continuation forms and send related policyholder documents promptly
Action cancellation requests from members or corporates within 2 working days
Assign and allocate premium payments daily
Reconcile premium payments against corporate member data within 5 days
Send billing statements to clients immediately after reconciliation
Follow up on unpaid premiums and escalate to brokers where necessary
Report on outstanding premiums, unallocated payments, and reconciliation status
Process debit order applications within 2 working days when needed
Make premium and membership changes accurately and on time
Prepare manual refunds according to required turnaround times
Respond to customer and broker queries regarding premiums and memberships
Assist the front office team during peak times if required
Ensure TCF Outcome 6 is upheld—removing any post-sale barriers for customers
