Purpose of the Role:
This position is responsible for accurately recording incoming goods, verifying them against invoices, and overseeing all receiving-related processes.
Two vacancies are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receiving of stock and ensure accuracy.
Review and input invoice details into the system.
Supervise staff to ensure proper handling and movement of stock in designated areas.
Verify that order numbers match and stock integrity is maintained.
Check for expiry dates and ensure quantities received match the invoices.
Handle invoice discrepancies and assist in resolving errors.
Prepare and compile administrative reports.
Ensure all receiving tasks are completed within set timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in goods receiving.
Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
