Job Purpose
To manage the receiving, dispatching, and movement of devices in and out of the repair centre, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Support the workshop with minor tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and order in receiving and dispatch areas.
Update the company system using a scanner to track repairs digitally.
Manage incoming and outgoing repairs, ensuring traceability and correct storage.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Implement processes to support accurate stock-taking.
Education & Experience
Matric (Grade 12) required.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Warehouse or technical experience advantageous.
Skills & Competencies

Accurate stock handling and counting ability.
