Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Marketer for our Pretoria campus. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, particularly schools, to drive student enrolment. The position reports to the Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Commerce, Education, Social Sciences, or Marketing.
Experience:
- Experience in higher education is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
MS Office proficiency (Excel required).
Ability to meet and track sales targets.
Strong presentation skills.
Quick learner of product knowledge (training provided).
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel frequently to schools.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and continuously review the school segmentation strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with top feeder schools (existing accounts).
Identify and build relationships with new schools.
Organize and lead presentations, events, and other lead generation initiatives.
Initiate early engagement strategies with schools for long-term development.
