π§ Role Purpose:
Drive used vehicle sales by identifying new opportunities, converting leads into sales, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. A basic salary + commission is offered.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
Meet monthly used car sales targets
Prospect new clients and maintain relationships
Promote vehicle features and handle objections professionally
Finalize sales and handover vehicles
Market vehicles via social media and digital platforms
Attend sales meetings and product training
Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations
π Requirements:
π Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Valid driverβs license (unendorsed)
πΌ Experience:
3+ years of vehicle sales in a motor dealership (used car sales is a plus)
Track record of hitting monthly sales targets
Experience in cold calling and client development
π» Other:
Computer literate
Knowledge of dealership policies and motor industry compliance
