Role Overview
Motus Audi Centre Sandton is looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Representative to join the New Vehicles team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, confident in communication, and successful in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events
Present and demonstrate new vehicles, including arranging test drives
Maintain strong knowledge of available models, pricing, and finance options
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Work with marketing, finance, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey
Minimum Requirements
Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong ability to work independently and within a team
Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
Good understanding of automotive products and trends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
Matric required; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage
