Sales Support Administrator – Germiston.
A well-established national company in Germiston is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Administrator to assist their External Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing orders, and helping improve brand visibility through basic social media activity.
Full training on products and services will be provided. Own reliable transport is a must.
Requirements:
Matric with relevant admin or sales support experience, plus your own reliable vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Basic understanding of social media (posting updates, responding to enquiries, improving engagement)
Ability to work well under pressure while staying accurate
Excellent organisational, administrative, and follow-up skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, orders, and customer enquiries
Follow up with clients and keep them updated throughout the order process
Support simple social media activities such as posting product updates, responding to online messages, and improving brand awareness
Assist sales reps with order processing and admin tasks
Source stock urgently and check availability
Place orders and monitor delivery progress
Maintain regular customer communication regarding ETAs and orders
Build and sustain strong long-term customer relationships
Perform data capturing, filing, and other general admin tasks
Work effectively within a team environment
