Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Grade 10, Standard 8, NCV Level 2, or an equivalent NQF Level 2 qualification recognised by SAQA.
At least two (2) years of relevant driving experience.
A valid South African light motor vehicle driver’s licence.
A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
South African citizenship (proof will be required during the interview process).
Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one other official South African language.
Willingness to work overtime and extended hours when required.

Strong integrity, honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling classified information.
A responsible and professional attitude when operating state vehicles.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Transporting personnel, vehicles, and equipment within the assigned province.
Ensuring allocated state vehicles are properly maintained and kept roadworthy.
Completing vehicle logbooks and monthly transport returns accurately.
Booking government vehicles for scheduled servicing and repairs.
Safeguarding confidential and classified information in accordance with the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
Performing additional transport-related duties as required by the Presidential Protection Service.
