Role Overview
As a Permanent Store Assistant, you’ll represent the Kurt Geiger brand by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining high standards of stock and cash management.

Key Responsibilities
Cash & Transaction Management
Perform cash desk duties accurately, ensuring no variances.
Handle daily cash control, banking, and manual transactions.
Stock Management
Execute daily stockroom procedures and maintain storeroom order.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain display integrity.
Customer Experience
Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
Deliver premium service that reflects the brand’s reputation.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
6–12 months retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
Passion for premium fashion, footwear, and customer service.
Skills & Attributes
Strong numeracy and accuracy with transactions.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.
Detail-oriented and committed to upholding brand standards.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
