About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Splunk Developer to join their dynamic team on a long-term contract basis.
This role suits a motivated, hands-on professional with a passion for cutting-edge technologies, especially in cloud environments. Ideal candidates are proactive, eager to share knowledge, and comfortable mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
Develop SPL queries and build Splunk dashboards based on user stories
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies
Help refine and clarify user stories throughout the sprint process
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders regularly
Share knowledge and coach team members across teams
Propose ideas or prototypes to resolve open questions
Maintain and support existing Splunk solutions (DevOps tasks)
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience working with Splunk
Strong expertise in building Splunk dashboards
Skilled in data preprocessing within Splunk
Proficient in SPL (Search Processing Language)
Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS
Willingness to take on additional duties as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM)
