Job Purpose
OK Furniture, part of the Shoprite Group, is seeking a Stock Clerk to join our Admin team.
This role operates in a fast-paced furniture retail environment, requiring attention to detail and responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records at store level.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve discrepancies in the Stock Ledger.
Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and updated promptly.
Capture all Service Department production in Blue Cube.
Maintain consistent in-stock status.
Perform daily management receiving checks.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (required).
Desirable: Admin or Sales Management training, Trainee Manager Training, Cost Control Diploma.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or furniture operations.
6–12 months of knowledge in retail furniture operations is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of stock management processes.
