Role Overview
As a Team Leader in the Compensation & Benefits team, you will oversee and manage daily team operations to ensure transactions and services are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with policies.
You’ll guide team members to meet goals and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to align with business goals and promote individual development.
Workload Planning: Continuously manage team capacity to meet service level targets.
Operational Excellence: Ensure team priorities are executed effectively to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Risk & Compliance: Monitor activities to maintain adherence to control standards and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Duties: Complete all reporting and tracking obligations accurately and on time.
Education & Qualifications
Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management (Required)
