What You’ll Do in This Role
Carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance on wind turbines, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards.
Record all maintenance-related data, including work orders and hours, to maintain accurate operational records.
Report technical faults or defects to relevant Siemens Gamesa departments.
Be available for on-call duty per the company’s standby procedures.
Attend required safety and technical training.
Stay updated on quality and environmental policies and follow company procedures.
Take initiative to report safety or quality issues and help improve workplace conditions.
What You Bring to the Role
Prior hands-on experience in wind turbine maintenance or a similar engineering position.
Solid understanding of wind turbine mechanics and systems.
Ability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in wind turbine safety and maintenance is a strong advantage.
