What You’ll Do
As a Helpdesk Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients — helping them resolve queries efficiently and providing step-by-step support with patience and professionalism.
Your day-to-day duties include:
Responding to client queries quickly and accurately
Managing inbound calls and providing clear solutions
Assisting users with MiEbooks troubleshooting
Assigning tickets to the correct teams where necessary
Keeping up-to-date with all system updates and product changes
Collaborating with teammates and helping with overflow tasks
What You’ll Need
✅ Grade 12 with Computer Applications Technology (CAT) or proven ICT experience
✅ Certificate in Client Support or related field
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
✅ Knowledge of ZohoDesk or similar software (advantageous)
✅ Fluent in Afrikaans & English (a third South African language is a plus!)
✅ Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Deadline-driven and able to work independently
