About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Tender Administrator to join the team at their CSA Head Office in Helderkruin.
Reporting to the Group BID Manager, this role involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tender submissions.
The ideal candidate will ensure pricing strategies are both competitive and profitable while coordinating with multiple departments to analyse data, track trends, and secure new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
A Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration will be advantageous.
3–5 years of experience working with tenders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
Must reside in the West Rand area.
Clear criminal record and no pending cases.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse tender documents and compile accurate cost estimates and pricing proposals.
Review tender files and costings to ensure full compliance before submission.
Maintain and update the tender pricing template monthly.
Assist branches with increase schedules and wage-to-revenue calculations.
Update and monitor the annual tender schedule, tracking tender performance and completion.
Read and interpret RFQs, BOQs, and tender/project specifications.
Ensure all tender and quotation submissions are delivered accurately and on time.
Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior management for decision-making.
Develop systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the tender department.
Maintain organised and detailed records of pricing data and submissions.
Attend and prepare for tender presentations when required.
