Minimum Requirements
Grade 10 or ABET Level 1
Valid Code C Driver’s Licence
Basic literacy and communication skills (able to read and write)
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
Operate a tractor to cut grass on sports fields and surrounding areas
Transport raw materials and equipment as required
Clean, maintain, and store all horticultural machinery and tools
Report any damages, faults, or irregularities to the supervisor
Water gardens, prepare flower beds, and maintain lawns using appropriate equipment
Perform general painting and other minor maintenance tasks during winter programmes
Ensure all work is done in line with occupational health and safety regulations
Uphold the Batho Pele Principles in service delivery
