About the Role

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Training Officer to join the Fidelity Training and Development Centre (Mutango) in the Northern Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, presenting, and assessing training interventions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality assurance practices, and legislative requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Facilitate, assess, and present training programs according to company and industry standards.

Guide and coach learners in learnerships to achieve the required competency levels.

Implement and manage curriculum delivery, ensuring adherence to training objectives and unit standards.

Maintain compliance with all legislative and quality assurance bodies including SASSETA, PSIRA, SAPS, DoL, PFTC, CAA, and QCTO.

Participate in various training projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.

Valid Driver’s License (EB) and own reliable transport.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Excel essential).

PSIRA Grades E–A Instructor certification.

Facilitator registration with ETDP SETA.

Assessor registration with ETDP SETA and SASSETA.

Moderator registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA (advantageous).

General Security Practices (GSO) – NQF 3 and Specialist Security Practices – NQF 4 qualifications.

Firearm Competency in Handgun, Shotgun, Self-Loading Rifle/Carbine with PFTC Instructor registration.

3–5 years’ experience in a formal training environment.

No criminal record or pending cases.
