Job Overview
FNB is looking for a Universal Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, offering suitable product solutions, and directing customers to appropriate channels such as eChannels or self-service platforms. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and adherence to company policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and helpful customer experience in line with FNB’s “How can we help you?” brand promise.
Communicate clearly and effectively to help customers find the right financial solutions.
Conduct all interactions ethically and in line with the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
Promote and assist customers in using digital and self-service banking channels.
Ensure all actions support efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with internal procedures.
Consistently meet or exceed transaction and service benchmarks.
Take accountability for personal performance, development, and completing required training.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall branch goals.
Stay adaptable to changes in customer needs and business priorities.
