About the Role
Hello Group is looking for a Telematics Coordinator to manage and optimize our bike rental tracking systems. You’ll monitor and safeguard rental bikes, ensure accurate data management, and keep operations running smoothly — from tracking usage to securing payment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze telematics data to improve efficiency and safety
Maintain systems and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Prepare reports on usage and keep accurate system documentation
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless service delivery
Work on a rotating shift schedule to meet 24/7 operational needs
Follow up on service requests to resolve issues promptly
Requirements
Solid understanding of telematics systems (bike experience an advantage)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with telematics software and tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Matric (further relevant education preferred)
